Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and social media strategies across relevant platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing activities.
• Develop campaign concepts, content ideas, marketing messages, and promotional initiatives.
• Write and review marketing copy, including social media captions, campaign messages, advertisements, event materials, website content, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate the production of marketing content, including graphics, photography, videos, reels, and promotional assets.
• Review creative and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support the development and execution of branding, digital marketing, promotional, and event-related campaigns.
• Monitor and manage audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Support paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital and social media platforms.
• Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
• Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, social media developments, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with the Creative, Project, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing requirements.
• Liaise with influencers, content creators, media partners, agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders when required.
• Support marketing and content coverage for events, brand activations, collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign updates, and performance summaries.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members or interns.
• Use AI tools appropriately to support content ideation, research, copywriting, campaign planning, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
