Our client is a well-established FMCG company. Due to business expansion, they are now recruiting a
Sales Manager (MT, GT, Food Services
to support their commercial growth. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and channel performance objectives.
Drive sales execution across assigned retail channels and monitor business performance against targets.
Manage strategic customer accounts, develop annual business plans, and identify opportunities to expand product distribution and category performance.
Oversee commercial negotiations, promotional activities, and customer agreements to maximize business returns.
Monitor trade investment and promotional spending to ensure effective budget utilization and profitability.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives and customer requirements.
Manage external sales agencies to ensure execution aligns with commercial objectives and operational standards.
Review sales operations and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
Lead sales team planning, performance management, and operational execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG commercial or sales management.
Experience managing Modern Trade channels and national retail accounts.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales operations or commercial teams.
Proven experience in trade investment planning, promotional management, and budget control.
Strong knowledge of sales analysis, business planning, and retail account management.
