Full Time HR Executive - Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in SEBARIS HEADQUARTERS Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff records, attendance, leave, OT and MC tracking.
• Prepare and issue HR documents: offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, show‑cause letters, termination notices.
• Assist with monthly payroll coordination and HRMS data entry.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, renewals, and HR compliance.

Administrative

• Handle Licensence Renewal
• Manage office item purchasing
• Manager basic admin duties
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Clinic & Office Support

• Assist with daily clinic administrative tasks and inventory coordination.
• Support management in implementing SOPs and operational improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiar with Info-Tech HRMS is a added advantage
• Able to start immediately

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
