Full Time Production Planning Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Selangor - Maukerja

3-5 years' experience in leading end-to-end production planning, including demand forecasting scheduling, material planning and capacity management.

Experience in handling high-mix, low-volume or high-volume, low-mix production environments.

Good understanding of production workflows, inventory control and supply chain management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Manage end-to-end production planning and scheduling based on customer demand, production capacity and business requirements.

Monitor production performance, analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply while minimising excess stock and stockouts.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality teams to optimize production.

Prepare production reports, forecasts and analysis for management review.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, QMS, EMS, and workplace safety requirements.
