Prepare and assemble sushi items according to company standards (training provided).

Ensure all food products are fresh, well-presented, and properly labeled.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sushi counter and work area.

Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly, helpful service.

Handle cashier duties and process transactions accurately.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
