Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.

Experience in the construction or property industry is highly preferred; candidates from other fast-paced or large-scale industries may also be considered.

Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.

Knowledge of SST, withholding tax, e-Invoicing, and other statutory requirements is an advantage.

Prior experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.

Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Able to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Review and verify financial transactions, including payments, receipts, journal entries, and supporting documents.

Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash balances.

Monitor client billings, outstanding receivables, supplier invoices, and payment schedules to ensure timely collections and settlements.

Review petty cash and staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Prepare and submit corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, and other applicable statutory filings.

Liaise with auditors and tax agents, and provide the necessary schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits and tax matters.

Prepare and review management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Supervise and coach junior finance staff while working closely with cross-functional and project teams on cash flow, payments, and collection priorities.
