Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media focus) based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities for partial remote work and coaching.

How Your Day-to-Day Looks:

• You'll be managing multiple accounts from different industries and perspectives.
• Strategy, planning, and communicating with clients & internal team members.
• Reading. Studying. Research. Everything to understand the ins-and-outs of the client.
• On-site visits are required for shooting, directing, and editing.
• Systems. You'll be onboarded into our systems for content management.
• Teamwork, we're part of a bigger picture. Bounce ideas off everyone in the company should you need a fresh perspective. Feel free to ask questions :)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marketing and strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build client relationships.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing to develop engaging content and manage platforms.
• Proficiency in CapCut, shooting content, reading data.
• Familiarity with Analytics to assess campaign performance and inform strategic adjustments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and independently when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a marketing or content strategy role is an advantage.
