Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
