- Oversee the complete order cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive customer experience throughout
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and manufacturing to meet customer needs efficiently
- Develop working knowledge of compliance requirements and commercial operations within an international business environment
- Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken, with availability to work Italian business hours (2PM-11PM MYT) and Italian public holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a bonus
- A professional diploma, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience is advantageous
