Up to S$3,200/month

Working Days:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:10pm

Key Responsibilities
Raise purchase orders to the principal, including engine orders, Indent Approval Forms (IAF) and PO confirmations.
Prepare Single Source Forms (SSF), vendor purchase orders and dealsheets for P&E purchase orders.
Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements, monitor orders and track shipment details.
Process invoices from the principal and prepare tax invoices for customers.
Compile tax invoices and supporting documents for salespersons and the principal.
Liaise with the principal on test reports and certifications required by customers.
Manage end-to-end project administration, including purchase orders, documentation and budget revisions.
Prepare monthly reports and ensure accurate reporting within strict deadlines.
Manage a high volume of emails and coordinate with Sales, Project and Logistics teams.
Ensure all administrative documents, transactions and records are accurate and completed on time.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor.
Requirements
Relevant administrative experience, preferably in sales administration, purchasing or order processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling numbers, figures, invoices and reports.
Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
