Job Title: Front Desk – Glamping Resort

Job Description:
Join our team as a Front Desk Staff at our glamping resort and be the first friendly face our guests see! You’ll help create a memorable experience for every visitor, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and taken care of throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Manage reservations and bookings, including walk-ins and online bookings.
• Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the resort team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/course experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using office software, booking systems, and POS tools.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
