Responsibilities

• Handle daily dealing tasks and address any trading related issues including account opening, deposit and withdrawal, shares pickup, shares transfer, force liquidation, and etc.

• Monitor clients' portfolios to ensure that margin requirements are being met. perform force liquidation for clients' positions when risk levels are breached or margin calls are not met.

• Work with other departments to provide support and resolve on clients' enquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with online trading platforms or investment experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client matters.
