Responsibilities
Location:
Greenwich Drive
Salary:
Up to $3,000 basic + $15 night shift allowance + overtime pay + variable bonus
Working Days:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm / 8:30pm–5:30am (Monthly rotation)

Responsibilities
Receive and verify shipping and related documents.
Verify customers’ shipping requirements and shipment modes.
Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is completed accurately and on time, with all required supporting documents updated in the ERP system.
Update shipment information in Excel and communicate relevant details to the Operations team.
Match packing documents against the Shipment Management System (SMS).
Perform ERP transactions, including purchase requests, goods receipts and stock transfers.
Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validations and update stock records in the ERP system.
Communicate with customers via email, Microsoft Teams and phone to meet their requirements.
Coordinate with various internal teams to fulfil customer orders.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements
Nitec or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Willing to commit to overtime on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
