Business Development Manager – Hospitality Solutions
INTELLIHUB Pte Ltd | Singapore | Full-Time
INTELLIHUB is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to expand our presence in Singapore's hospitality industry.
We specialise in
Guestroom Management Systems (GRMS), Intelligent Lighting Controls, and Smart Hotel Solutions
, helping hotels enhance guest experiences, improve energy efficiency, and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, and interior designers.
Promote INTELLIHUB's Guestroom Management Systems (GRMS), lighting control solutions, and smart hospitality technologies.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
Develop project opportunities for new hotel developments, renovations, and guestroom upgrades.
Prepare sales proposals, conduct product presentations, and manage the sales process from lead generation to project award.
Work closely with our engineering team to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality technology, building automation, electrical systems, or lighting controls.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop new accounts and manage long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of KNX, DALI, GRMS, or lighting control systems will be an added advantage.
Existing connections with hotel owners, operators, M&E consultants, or hospitality designers are highly desirable.
