Roles & Responsibilities

-         Planning transport schedules, monitoringutilisation of transportation resources.

-         Develop end to end logistics solutions coveringtransportation, warehousing, distribution and inventory management.

-         Ensure job request clearly disseminated todrivers and issues properly coordinated.

-         Handle customer feedback and complaints toensure service quality

-         Monitor service performance, investigate delaysand implement corrective measures.

-         Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecastsand performance appraisals for management.

-         Ensure compliance with company polices andapplicable transport regulations.

Job Requirements

-         Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply ChainManagement, or related field.

-         Excellent organisational and problem-solvingskills

-         Good communication and customer service skills

-         Able to work independently in fast-paceenvironment

-         Strong analytical skill
