Delta Electronics Solutions is looking for a Service Manager to lead and strengthen our after-sales service operations across Malaysia, supporting mission-critical infrastructure and the growing demand for reliable, sustainable energy solutions.

This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, operational leadership and commercial ownership in a rapidly evolving infrastructure landscape.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead nationwide service operations across Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning support and emergency service response.
• Manage field service teams, workforce deployment, service quality and contractual SLAs.
• Drive customer relationships, technical escalations and service contract renewals.
• Own service business performance, including revenue, gross margin, OPEX, forecasting and P&L.
• Oversee spare parts planning, warranty claims and RMA processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, sales and regional technical teams to improve service delivery and business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in service, maintenance, project delivery or technical support.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading service or technical teams.
• Strong exposure to critical power systems, UPS, rectifiers, inverters, power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in data centres, telecom power, industrial infrastructure or energy solutions.
• Demonstrated customer-facing, service contract and commercial management capabilities.

Technical Experience That Will Set You Apart

We are particularly interested in professionals with exposure to:

• UPS and critical power infrastructure.
• PTU, MV/LV/HVDC electrical systems.
• Liquid cooling and CDU deployment.
• Data centre commissioning (Cx1–Cx5).
• Hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data centres.
• DC power, hybrid power and renewable energy solutions.
• Solar, wind, rectifier, inverter and cooling systems.

Experience developing technical proposals, business cases, ROI/TCO assessments, and managing project execution and after-sales support will be an advantage.

We welcome candidates from adjacent industries, particularly telecom power, electrical infrastructure, industrial automation and energy management, with strong transferable service management capabilities.
