Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations in a cleanroom or semiconductor environment, ensuring effective worker deployment, safety compliance, and collaboration with users, engineers, and subcontractors.

Liaise effectively with users, engineers, and subcontractors to align project requirements and resolve issues
Supervise daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards
Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to optimize resource use and meet project deadlines
Manage the deployment of workers on site to maintain productivity and operational efficiency
Enforce safety protocols during daily toolbox meetings to ensure compliance and reduce workplace hazards
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the construction sector, preferably in cleanroom or semiconductor environments
