Job Description:

• Lead and guide the IBC team in continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are performed accordingly by the teams
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment, and recommend improvements as needed.
• To support Account Director/Manager for strategic level meetings as required
• Arrange regular Operations meetings with respective FMM, HTD stakeholders and resolve any pertinent issues / matters requiring his attention
• Handling and assisting with audit, KPI and contractual matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management/Estate Management or relevant disciplines and minimum 5 years in similar position as Operation Manager with relevant working experience in similar property type.
