Responsibilities
- Handle accounting data entries
- Processing/Issuing invoices to customers.
- In charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
- Preparing month end reports and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage pay slips, invoices, and general billing.
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Work pass, Course and certification application/renewal
- Responsible for general administrative functions.
