We are hiring a Compliance Management Executive for an established, licensed investment platform.

Your company secretarial background is the exact starting point. You will receive hands-on mentorship directly from senior Compliance Directors to transition your skills into cross-border regulatory compliance, fund governance, and live deal support.

What You’ll Do

• Board & Secretarial Support: Prepare board meeting agendas, papers, and draft resolutions while tracking actionable post-meeting decisions.
• MAS Regulatory Compliance (On-the-Job Training): Assist with regulatory returns, AML/CFT controls, client onboarding KYC, name screening, and compliance registers under supervision.
• Fund & Deal Governance: Support compliance reviews on PE/VC investor onboarding, subscription packs, SPVs, and coordinate with fund administrators, trustees, and legal counsel.
  
  

Who Should Apply

• 4–6 years of experience in a company secretarial role (in-house or corporate secretarial provider).
• Degree or professional qualification in Law (LL.B), Corporate Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• A genuine interest in private equity, venture capital, and investment funds.
• Meticulous eye for detail and strong time management across multi-jurisdictional deadlines.
