Full Time Airfreight Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in MAINLINE GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

- Coordinate Air exports and Air imports door-to-door shipments including transshipments

- Arrange transportation and monitor shipment status

- Customs formalities (send instructions to the customs broker)

- Shipment billing and/or invoicing

- Liaise with warehouse for cargo details and movements (e.g. receiving, deliveries, etc.)

- Work with the respective project managers to coordinate shipments, plan strategies and execute adhoc instructions

- Secure flight bookings with carriers and/or master loaders

- Develop and/or maintain good relationships with carriers and/or master loaders

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Liaise with government agencies – e.g. Customs, AVA

Job Requirements:

- Minimum O Level qualification and above

- 1 year experience in Air freight operations processes

- CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage
