To coordinate and manage daily logistics activities, ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and delivery of goods in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
1. Coordinate transportation arrangements, shipment schedules, and delivery activities.

2. Monitor the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement information.

4. Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related records.

5. Liaise with suppliers, customers, transport companies, warehouse personnel, and other departments.

6. Track shipments and deliveries and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

7. Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure goods are handled safely.

8. Assist with stocktaking and investigate inventory discrepancies.

9. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure goods are dispatched and delivered on time.

10. Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports for management.

11. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

12. Report damaged goods, delivery issues, and operational problems to the relevant supervisor.

13. Assist in improving logistics processes, cost efficiency, and operational productivity.

14. Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.
