Looking for a people-facing role where you can build practical skills and work towards greater responsibility?
Royal Organisation is expanding our Sales & Marketing team. We’re looking for motivated individuals to grow our clients’ brand presence and customer base through face-to-face sales, event campaigns and on-ground outreach across Singapore.
This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, learns through hands-on experience and wants opportunities to develop into leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent clients across commercial brands and charity campaigns.
Engage potential customers at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
Explain products, services and campaign messages clearly.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver campaigns professionally.
Develop the skills to support and coach newcomers as you progress.
