The Challenge

Resmed is a leading health technology company focused on sleep, breathing, and care delivered in the home. Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) affects over one billion people globally, yet more than 80% of cases remain undiagnosed and untreated. Sleep lab diagnostics and titration remain critical bottlenecks in the pathway to accessing life-changing therapy. Despite growing awareness and demand for sleep tests, patient wait times and backlogs are increasing due to the immense operational burdens faced by sleep labs.

Resmed’s Diagnostics team is dedicated to enabling more patients to access a diagnosis. We are committed to developing solutions that help providers diagnose patients more efficiently and accurately—while delivering seamless, easy diagnostic experiences for patients.

The Product Manager – Sleep Lab Systems will evolve and scale our sleep lab titration products and define how they continuously add value for consumers, providers, and ResMed. This role serves as the connective tissue between product strategy, business strategy, and product delivery.

ResMed has the commercial footprint, engineering talent, and vision to fundamentally reshape the way people manage their sleep—now we need Product Managers who can bring it all together. We’re looking for a bold, user-obsessed Product Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering experiences that delight users, challenge industry norms, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and a genuine passion for innovation in healthcare and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Champion the User
  Be a relentless advocate for our users. Through research, empathy, and data, you’ll uncover insights that fuel product design, inform business models, and elevate the user experience. You’ll test, iterate, and continuously refine products that are accessible, effective, and genuinely loved.
• Own the Product Roadmap
  From whiteboard to launch (and beyond), you’ll drive your product's roadmap, tailoring your approach to its lifecycle stage. You'll balance user delight with business goals—optimizing for impact, quality, and growth at every step.
• Think Beyond the Expected
  You’ll anticipate industry trends, understand shifting market dynamics, and bring strategic insight that keeps us one step ahead. Look past traditional business models and outdated assumptions. You’ll evaluate product accessibility, desirability, and value across diverse user segments—and pilot innovative go-to-market strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption.
• Build with Purpose
  You’ll translate insights into product strategies, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure every release delivers real value. You’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities, and fuel the next round of improvements.
• Collaborate & Influence
  You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products and business models to life. You’re a connector—proactive, persuasive, and focused on outcomes.
  

What You’ll Bring

• User-First Mindset
  Passion for user-centric product development. A deep understanding of healthcare markets. You instinctively balance user needs with strategic goals.
• Deep Experience
  3+ years in product management, product marketing, or strategy—ideally with experience in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to build and launch successful products and business models. An MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field is a plus—but your ability to think critically and execute effectively matters most.
• Business & Technical Fluency
  A solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory). You can connect the dots from data to decisions.
• Collaborative Energy
  Excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to move teams toward a shared vision.
• Data-driven mindset & Strategic Hustle
  You’re decisive, analytical, and action-oriented. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you prioritize ruthlessly and lead with clarity.
