Their advanced technology powers hundreds of applications, from high-growth sectors like AI datacenters and automated driving to industrial robotics, wearables, and the IoT space. With billions of devices shipped globally, they offer a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment for top engineering talent.

Job Summary

As a Test Integration Engineer, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex products. You aren't just managing a schedule; you are driving the technical strategy for how we validate quality, from early New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering builds to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). You will act as the single point of accountability for program delivery, balancing technical risk, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end program schedules, including definition of milestones, dependency mapping, status tracking, and clear identification of risks and gaps to plan.
  • Act as the primary program interface across Test Engineering, NPI, Operations, OSAT, and vendors.
  • Drive alignment by setting, managing, and communicating clear expectations with cross-functional teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively manage program risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths; escalate and resolve issues to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Identify and mitigate technical bottlenecks early, such as hardware dependencies.
  • Plan and lead regular program reviews and stakeholder communication forums to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Serve as the sole owner, accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing (HVM) & capacity enhancements at different OSATs.
  • Balance schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet product launch timelines and customer commitments.
  • Support additional programs and strategic initiatives as assigned based on evolving business needs.
  • Plan and manage activities on the Engineering Tester setups.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EEE, ECE or equivalent technical experience.
  • Relevant industry experience with demonstrated program or project leadership responsibility: minimum 3 years for the Test Integration Engineer (Junior) role, or 8+ years for the Senior Test Integration Engineer role.
  • Working knowledge of project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira & Power BI (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K, uFlex & ETS-88 (Experience on any 2 ATE platforms is preferred).
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing functions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong technical foundation and the ability to operate across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, planning, execution, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and risk-management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
