Job Summary

Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoices accurately to ensure timely financial transactions

Track and tabulate commissions to maintain clear and organised financial records

Manage production tasks including artwork coordination and magazine production processes to meet quality standards

Plan and implement integrated media campaigns across digital and offline platforms to achieve marketing objectives

Provide responsive customer service by drafting professional emails, managing files, and handling contract services to support client needs

Analyse numerical data and technology platforms to develop and articulate sound recommendations for media strategies

Support overseas projects and collaborate with international teams to enhance global campaign effectiveness

Execute ad-hoc tasks promptly to support team and organisational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma qualification with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Demonstrate proactive learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
