- Prepare clear layout sketches, basic plans or elevations and concise material selections. Use approved modules and specification tiers rather than unlimited bespoke design revisions.
- Prepare accurate, itemised quotations using the approved price book and verified survey information. Explain inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, payment terms, warranty and realistic delivery windows.
- Follow up consistently, address customer objections, negotiate within authorised limits and close orders without unsupported promises or unnecessary discounting.
- Keep CRM records current, including enquiry source, qualification, quote versions, customer decisions, follow-up dates, approvals and reasons for lost sales.
- Work with the technical lead, customer coordinator and finance team to confirm feasibility, available delivery slots and payment milestones before order release.
- Support customer issue resolution and aftercare. Seek referrals and feedback respectfully, and obtain permission before using customer-home photographs or project stories.
- After math. Share recurring customer needs, objections and quotation losses to improve the product catalogue and sales process. Work towards agreed sales, profitability and service targets.

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supported by credible work samples.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct consultations, follow up leads, handle objections and close sales. Be ready to explain your personal contribution to previous results without sharing confidential employer or customer information.
- Practical space-planning ability and working knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, countertops, finishes, curtains/blinds and basic installation constraints.

- Clear customer communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage where relevant to assigned customers.
- Organised, proactive and reliable, with disciplined follow-through and the ability to manage several enquiries without losing commitments.
- Integrity in pricing, specifications and delivery promises. Willing to escalate technical uncertainty and respect technical approval before selling or releasing work.
- Able to attend customer appointments and site visits within the assigned KL/Selangor service area, including scheduled evening or weekend coverage on an agreed rotating roster.
