Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated team member to promote home appliances and electrical products in a retail setting. You will represent the assigned brand, provide reliable product information, and help customers make suitable purchasing choices while contributing to sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Introduce featured products to shoppers and explain how they can meet different household needs.
• Assist customers in selecting appliances by understanding their preferences and intended usage.
• Provide information on product specifications, functions, prices, warranties, and current sales offers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions to help customers compare available options.
• Apply suitable sales approaches to turn customer interest into purchases.
• Monitor personal sales achievements and take active steps to meet assigned targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are properly presented.
• Coordinate with outlet personnel on stock availability, product arrangement, and replenishment.
• Observe competitor activities and keep updated on changes in product offerings and promotions.
• Submit sales updates and communicate customer feedback or workplace issues to the supervisor.
