Job Summary
Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects on-site, ensuring timely completion through effective planning, cost control, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise project work across various sites to ensure quality and compliance
Manage project schedules to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
Review mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies
Follow up on drawing discrepancies to maintain design accuracy and project integrity
Implement project planning, including design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation to support project delivery
Ensure smooth progress of site works and timely project completion
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve project-related issues and maintain clear communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
ITE/Polytechnic/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
Prior experience in interior fit-out works to enhance project execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project to support project documentation and scheduling
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication
Demonstrated independence, resourcefulness, proactivity, and teamwork in project environments
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines to meet project milestones
