Responsibilities

• Set the sales direction and priorities for an assigned customer market.
• Develop commercial initiatives that support revenue growth.
• Pursue significant audio-visual solution opportunities and personal sales targets.
• Guide sales managers and account managers in progressing their opportunities.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and support effective deal execution.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic business partnerships.
• Improve sales processes and maintain a disciplined approach to performance.
• Review sales forecasts and strengthen their accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with an audio-visual industry background and technical sales capability.
• At least 5 years of B2B solution-sales leadership experience.
• Established customer relationships in the market you will serve and a strong commitment to winning business.
• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
