Provide customers with excellent customer service, product knowledge and advice
Prepare ingredients and brew tea according to standard operating procedures
Assist with inventory management and stock taking
Maintain the daily management of the store and ensure that the store is clean and tidy
Maintain and manage POS/cash registers
Assist in completing the work scope temporarily assigned by the store manager
Provide training
Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
