Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Petaling Jaya. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote LC Condition Monitoring’s services to clients across key industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role will also involve supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating product and service demonstrations, and providing basic training and guidance to customers on condition monitoring solutions. Collaboration with technical teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective sales and marketing strategies is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities to deliver product and service briefings, demonstrations, and basic client education.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge or interest in industrial, engineering, or technical services, particularly in condition monitoring or related fields.
• Candidates should have good presentation, negotiation, and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B sales or industrial services, would be beneficial.
