Full Time Facilities Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in TUN HUSSIEN ONN NATIONAL EYE HOSPITAL Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Helpdesk & Maintenance Coordination: Act as the first point of contact to resolve building-related maintenance, repairs, and technical issues. Coordinate the technical team for daily/routine inspections, maintenance, and repair jobs.
• PPM & Project Management: Manage and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Assist the HOD in planning and executing approved maintenance tasks efficiently within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Assist the HOD in proposing solutions for rectification works, liaising with the procurement team by providing precise job scopes and contractor recommendations.
• Compliance, Safety & Documentation: Ensure all maintenance tasks align with health, safety, quality standards, and JCI requirements. Monitor, manage, and execute renewals for relevant hospital licenses and permits while keeping documentation meticulously organized for JCI compliance.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake other ad-hoc facilities and administrative duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements & Competencies

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Building Management, Business Administration, or a relevant equivalent from a reputable institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment.

Skills & Personal Traits:

• Progressive, aggressive, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent capability in document compilation and preparation of operational reports.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
