Job Responsibilities

• Lead the service team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Manage daily service operations, including job scheduling, technical support, and inventory control.
• Handle customer enquiries and service issues, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service jobs to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and minimal equipment downtime.
• Train, guide, and evaluate service team members to maintain strong technical skills and performance.
• Work closely with sales and project teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Possess an ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in servicing commercial kitchen equipment
• Those with experience in hotel or kitchen operations has an added advantage
• Preferably familiar with project or contract management
• Preferably possess own transport
