We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, coordinating vehicle movements, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring efficient transport operations in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily transportation, freight delivery, and logistics operations.

2. Plan and organise vehicle schedules, delivery routes, and driver assignments to ensure timely transportation of goods.

3. Monitor drivers' attendance, work performance, duty rosters, and daily operational activities.

4. Oversee vehicle utilisation, maintenance schedules, servicing, and roadworthiness.

5. Coordinate with customers, drivers, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth transportation and delivery operations.

6. Monitor fuel consumption, transport expenses, and operational efficiency.

7. Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.

8. Handle transport-related issues, delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and operational emergencies.

9. Maintain accurate transport records, delivery documentation, vehicle inspection reports, and operational reports.

10. Assist management in manpower allocation, transport planning, and improving overall operational productivity.
