Responsibilities
# Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – 11:00 to 19:30 | Sunday/PH – 11:00 to 17:30
Job Responsibilities:
Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain of stock inventory
Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
Take up other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
“O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
Committed and able to work independently
Friendly and Customer service oriented
Able to commit 3 to 4 Days a week includes weekend
Work location: Bedok Mall
