Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, adhering to established operational procedures and quality standards.

Perform routine quality control checks on products throughout the production cycle, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications to maintain high product quality.

Work effectively on the assembly line, performing various tasks such as component placement, product assembly, and packaging according to production schedules and quality guidelines.

Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy in product assembly, quality checks, and record-keeping to minimize errors and waste.

Troubleshoot minor operational issues with machinery or processes, escalating complex problems to maintenance or supervisory staff for timely resolution.

Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines and quotas, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflow to maximize production efficiency.

Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions to accurately assemble or process products according to specifications.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and tracking raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock levels.
