About INNOADZ

INNOADZ is an events and marketing company in Singapore specialising in roadshows, exhibitions and brand activations. We work with financial services and fintech brands, including online brokerage and investment platforms, to promote their services and support customer acquisition.

We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our frontline sales team at shopping malls, roadshows and event venues across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach visitors and introduce the financial platforms, services and promotions we represent.
• Understand customer needs and explain platform features, registration procedures and promotional offers clearly and accurately.
• Assist interested customers with account registration according to client procedures.
• Work towards individual and team sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Provide professional customer service and refer investment advice or specialist enquiries to authorised client representatives.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and sales records.
• Assist with booth setup, presentation and pack-down.
• Follow approved promotional messaging, client guidelines and customer data protection procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, brokerage or fintech sales is preferred.
• Comfortable proactively approaching customers and working in face-to-face sales.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Interested in financial platforms and willing to learn their features and services.
• Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working towards targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work at different locations across Singapore, including weekends.
• Candidates with relevant sales, roadshow or customer acquisition experience are welcome to apply. Product training and coaching are provided.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time, five days per week, 11am–8pm.
• Weekend work is required; rest days follow the roster.
• Work locations vary according to roadshow and event schedules.
