Possess a minimum Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or any related field.

Candidates with prior experience in production supervision, shop floor operations, or warehouse management will be considered an added advantage.

Familiar with QMS, EMS, safety standards, and production operation requirements.

Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capability to supervise, train, and support workers effectively.

Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced working environment.

Lead store workers in carrying out stock handling, movement, and storage activities according to the schematic layout and business plan.

Ensure the shop floor is maintained in a clean and organised condition at all times.

Perform shop floor operations in compliance with QMS, EMS requirements, and safety regulations.

Monitor workers’ performance and provide necessary guidance and training to improve work efficiency.

Report any issues related to deviations from QMS, EMS, and safety requirements to the superior for further action.

Work closely with the superior on continuous improvement projects.

Carry out any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
