About the Role

The Logistics Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics activities including transportation, import/export operations, customs compliance, distribution management, and supply chain execution. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading SAP logistics initiatives, managing strategic projects, and supporting business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, import/export activities, customs compliance, and order fulfilment.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans.
• Support business expansion, new customer onboarding, and operational setup activities.
• Lead projects to optimise logistics processes and operational performance.

SAP & Systems Management

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP logistics processes and related systems.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and reporting.
• Drive process standardisation, training, and continuous system improvements.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics partners.
• Serve as the key escalation point for logistics-related issues and operational challenges.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across functions and regional teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, including people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing regional logistics operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of transportation, import/export operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, WM/EWM, SD, or related logistics systems.
• Experience working with multinational corporations, logistics service providers, or 3PL partners will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting tools.
