A plastic packaging manufacturer is looking for a Production Supervisor for their plant at Port Klang.

My client is an established plastic packaging manufacturer supporting customers across a diverse range of consumer and industrial markets. With a strong focus on product quality, operational reliability and continuous improvement, the business continues to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities. They are now looking for an experienced Printing Supervisor to support their production operations at Port Klang, Selangor.

Your new role

• Lead daily printing activities, allocate manpower and ensure production schedules and output targets are met.
  
• Set up and monitor printing equipment, including print settings, screens, inks and operating parameters.
  
• Ensure printed details meet required standards for colour, positioning, clarity and overall finish.
  
• Monitor defects, material wastage and equipment downtime while taking appropriate corrective action.
  
• Maintain proper production records and ensure the team follows established safety, housekeeping and operational procedures
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands-on experience within printing operations, ideally involving UV silk-screen printing or packaging-related production.
  
• Previous experience supervising production operators within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Good understanding of printing processes, colour matching and print quality inspection.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to support shift or overtime requirements when necessary.
