Full Time Senior Interior Designer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in THE DREAMR PROJECT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead residential projects from concept through to handover. You'll have real decision-making authority, direct client interaction, and a clear path to project lead.

You'll work across residential renovations, coordinating clients, contractors, and suppliers — and mentoring junior designers along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead 2–3 residential renovation projects simultaneously

• Drive the full design process: concept, space planning, 3D visuals, construction drawings, and FF&E selection

• Interface directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers; resolve on-site issues and manage defects through to handover

• Produce and review construction drawings to ensure design intent is executed accurately

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites, keeping projects on schedule and budget

• Mentor 1–2 junior designers and share best practices with the team

• Manage client expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential interior design experience, with independently delivered projects preferred

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Photoshop

• Solid knowledge of local renovation regulations, materials, and construction methods

• Confident in client-facing communication and site coordination

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and adds value beyond basic drafting
