Mandarin/Malaysian Mandarin, with good Mandarin communication skills.

At least 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry; candidates with shift-leading experience are preferred.

Familiar with greeting, seating, order taking, food serving, and cashiering workflows.

Possess strong service awareness, teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.

Able to assist in staff management, handling customer feedback, and maintaining floor order.

Able to work shift rotations, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsible for on-shift front-of-house operations and staff station assignments.

Lead service staff to complete greeting, seating, order taking, food serving, and cashiering duties.

Inspect table setups, restaurant environment, hygiene, and store opening preparations.

Supervise staff service attitude, grooming standards, and work discipline.

Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure order accuracy and timely food serving.

Assist in handling customer feedback and floor emergency situations.

Inspect closing procedures, ensuring equipment and items are returned to designated places.

Report daily operational issues and staff performance to the Restaurant Manager.
