Finance & Accounting Intern

Position Title: Finance & Accounting Intern

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Internship (3 to 6 months)

Job Overview

We are inviting proactive students or fresh graduates seeking practical exposure in Malaysian business finance, bookkeeping, tax structure, and audit preparation to join our team as a Finance Intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily data entry, invoice processing, filing receipts, and routine bookkeeping tasks.
• Support the finance team in preparing bank reconciliation statements and basic P&L reports.
• Help organize supporting documentation for external audit schedules and SST filings.
• Assist in cross-checking employee expense claims against company policies and statutory requirements (EPF/SOCSO/PCB basics).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or ACCA.
• Basic understanding of double-entry accounting and financial principles.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and eagerness to learn Malaysian accounting software and tax regulations.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.

Pay: From RM600.00 per month
