Job Description:

• Leading clinical governance and quality assurance
• Standardising nursing practices and clinical SOPs
• Coordinating infection prevention and control
• Managing nursing education and competency programmes
• Supporting new clinic setup and service launches
• Advising on clinical equipment and consumable procurement
• Preparing for regulatory inspections and internal audits
• Investigating clinical incidents and driving quality improvement
• Monitoring clinical KPIs and reporting to management

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Nursing w min 5 yrs of nursing managerial experience in clinic/hospital setting
