We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a large retail team in a fast-paced beauty retail environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 or more employees.

• Drive store sales, achieve revenue targets, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Coach, train, and develop staff to improve productivity and sales performance.

• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and manpower planning.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

• Monitor store profitability, operational costs, and sales performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.

• Must have experience managing a team of at least 20 employees.

• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.

• Hands-on experience in store operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
