LINE COOK / COMMIS CHEF | MORSELS

Location: Dempsey Hill, SingaporeEmployment: Full-time | 5.5-day work week

Morsels is a small, independent, chef-driven restaurant where Asian flavors meet global influences.

We cook from scratch, experiment with fermentation and preservation, and believe that good cooking begins with curiosity and respect for ingredients.

We’re looking for a Line Cook who’s hungry to learn, willing to get their hands dirty, and takes pride in doing the little things well.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare daily mise en place and ingredients.
• Cook and plate dishes during service.
• Learn different kitchen stations and cooking techniques.
• Assist with fermentation, preservation, and R&D projects.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Support the team during daily operations.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred.
• Fresh culinary graduates are welcome.
• Genuine passion for food and cooking.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve.
• Good attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
• A reliable team player who isn’t afraid of hard work.
