Full Time E-commerce Live Host Cum Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Goldfinch Jewelry Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in e-commerce, online sales or live hosting will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.

• Good communication and presentation skills. Must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

A. Live Hosting & Sales

• Host live sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and Facebook Live.

• Introduce and demonstrate products to viewers.

• Engage with viewers, answer questions and encourage purchases.

• Promote special deals, vouchers, bundles and flash sales during live sessions.

• Monitor live sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Follow the live streaming schedule set by the company.

B. E-Commerce Admin

• Manage daily online store operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee and other ecommerce platforms.

• Upload new products, update product descriptions, prices, images and stock quantities.

• Process and monitor customer orders.

• Coordinate with the warehouse or packing team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Handle customer enquiries through chat, comments and messages.

• Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges and customer complaints.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.

• Ensure product listings and store information are accurate and updated.

C. Sales & Marketing Support

• Prepare products, samples and promotional materials before live sessions.

• Create simple promotional content, product videos and short clips when required.

• Support online marketing activities and platform campaigns.

• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions and product trends.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand.

D. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily or weekly live sales reports.

• Track live streaming performance, including:

• Total live streaming hours.

• Number of viewers and engagement.

• Number of orders generated.

• Total sales revenue.

• Conversion rate.

• Monitor daily online store sales and order fulfilment status.

• Report operational issues and customer feedback to management.
