- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Operations, Logistics, Event Management or related fields.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, event setup or project coordination.
- Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Able to coordinate manpower, suppliers and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to perform hands-on operational and setup duties when required.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.

- Coordinate daily operations, logistics and project execution.
- Plan and arrange manpower, transportation, equipment and materials for events and installations.
- Supervise onsite setup, dismantling and operational activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and freelancers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory, warehouse storage, equipment maintenance and stock records.
- Coordinate purchasing, sourcing and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain operational schedules, checklists and project documentation.
- Support the event and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
