Responsibilities
Production Planner / Material Planner (Direct Hire)
Basic Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Kallang, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain daily and weekly production plans based on customer demand and forecasts.
* Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure materials are available on time for production.
* Monitor production progress and update schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
* Maintain accurate production, inventory and material records in the ERP system.
* Review planned versus actual production performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Monitor material availability and inventory levels to minimise production delays.
* Work closely with Production, Procurement and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training Provided)
* Familiarity with production planning, work orders and Bill of Materials (BOM) is an advantage.
* Knowledge of SAP PP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
* Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
